    I use avocado oil oil for frying, and still may use olive oil if you lightly fry food. Make sure you get some good brands as loads of cheap rip offs who might mix cheaper interior oils. But if you are going to fry your burgers and sausages with these oils, it kind of defeats the health benefits.

    I'm not disagreeing but do you have any proof they channels are lying and misinforming or is that just your assumption?

    I use high oleic sunflower for frying and cooking. Very rare that we deep fry anything now. Good to know the Omega-6 percentage is low That was a great chart

    Where is the proof that tea is unhealthy as per your screenshots. Anyone can create a YouTube video and spread it online, the more outrageous the claims the more likely it is to spread. The burden of proof lies on the person who makes the assertion .
