    Talking Dutch restaurant

    Hi there!

    Want to know if anyone has tried the dutch restaurant yet??
    If so, is it worth going there?!

    I've heard that there is a restaurant serving dutch food in Central, Mid-levels...

    I guess you mean the Orange Tree right beside the escalator above Caine Road. I tried it a few years back when I first came here, was distinctly underwhelmed and haven't be back since. But the fact that it is still here 6 years later says that someone must like it.

    They serve really good kroketten, frikandellen, bitterballen. They even have poffertjes. You can order sandwiches for lunch. Not the entire menu is good but you should try and see for yourself.

    I am happy they are here because i do miss broodje kroket en broodje frikandel speciaal.

    What is the address of Orange Tree? Do they also serve boerenkool, stampotjes and patat met?

    Worth while to try it out. Do they speak dutch too? At least I can practise my Dutch!
