    Dear friends,
Me and my husband Andriy are Ukrainians and we are happy, that so many people in Hk would be happy to visit and try Russian food. Actually, the bortch is nor Russian cuisine, it is Ukrainian dish but it is very popular in Russia too.
If anyone would like to us to help with advice in opening such a nice restaurant in HK we will be happy to help!!!

Ivan Kozak - their Borscht is decent. Their mashed potatoes wasn't exactly what I'd expected but fried mushrooms in smetana was good. Do you know of any other East-European restaurants?

There is a place called Czarina in Sai Ying Pun, but wouldn't call that authentic Russian. I went many times to East Europe and I love the food there. Hearty, comforting and absolutely declicious.
