Best Beancurd (豆腐花) place on HK Island?

I quite like 廖同合荳品廠 (港式 Hong Kong Style 素食 Vegetarian 小食店 Snack Shop 廖同合荳品廠 的概要 - 香港餐廳 - Hong Kong Restaurants Guide HK Restaurant) in Mong Kok but I rarely go to Mong Kok nowadays since I live on the south side of HK Island. Kind of curious what you think is the best 豆腐花 place on HK Island.

I've heard some people say Tak Hing Lung/德興隆 (港式 Hong Kong Style 甜品/糖水 Dessert 茶餐廳/冰室 Tea Restaurant 德興隆 Tak Hing Lung 的概要 - 香港餐廳 - Hong Kong Restaurants Guide HK Restaurant) is supposed to be pretty good in North Point. Has anyone also tried 利記士多 (港式 Hong Kong Style 小食店 Snack Shop 利記士多 的概要 - 香港餐廳 - Hong Kong Restaurants Guide HK Restaurant) under the escalator on the corner of Lyndhurst Terrace & Cochrane St? How about that organic place in Central...Soytime/豆花開 (港式 Hong Kong Style 甜品/糖水 Dessert 豆花開 Soytime 的概要 - 香港餐廳 - Hong Kong Restaurants Guide HK Restaurant). Anyone tried that? Thanks!

Beancurd/tofu is just 豆腐. I've most often seen 豆腐花 called beancurd/tofu pudding in English.

I've been to 利記士多 (had to check the pictures because I never keep track of names!); they're pretty good and the boss is quite nice. I have not been to the other shops you mention.

利記士多 is very nice but i always feel bad for the little kid that hangs out there all day.
