So everyone knows about Starbucks, however I fancy myself as a bit of a coffee snob and only the best will do (no offence to Starbucks, it keeps me going).
Can anyone recommend a good Barisata in Hong Kong, preferably in the Causeway Bay area.

Haha. Starbucks!! It shouldn't be classed a coffee shop! Barista and starbucks are never mentioned in the same sentenance!!!
Try Habitu. There are about 4-5 around HK. They certainly have some of the best coffee in HK in a cafe style environment.
