Fab places to visit in Australia

Hi

Can anyone recommend great places to visit in Australia, we are looking for top class hotel, great beaches and snorkeling good food and a peaceful setting, Good for couples with maybe not so many kids running around. A hotel on it’s own with a great location own island maybe.

Any suggestions welcome bearing in mind we’d be traveling from HK

Come on all you Australians there must be be some wonderful places to visit and stay.

There are hardly any downsides to Oz except the exchange rate from Hong Kong to there.
Get on the water or go on a eco-hike in the hills. Too many things to say but oz is really well set up for tourism and you'll be able to find so much stuf to do when you're there- just don't go with a schedule made up already as you will want to chop and change as things come up.
