    Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from Zuji.com's constant spam emails

    Made the mistake of booking a flight through Zuji online. Now I get constant spam from their site.

    There is an unsubscribe link but I have been trying it for 3 months and every time the web pages says 'unable to process your request, please try again later'.

    I have emailed their head of marketing who assured me I would be taken off the database but might take a couple of weeks. That was 2 months ago.

    Has anyone else managed to stop getting their spam to their inbox?

    Alternatively, if there is anyone who has annoyed you recently, I suggest you sign up to the Zuji site using their email address as payback!

    zuji customer service does suck

    I just put their domain on my 'block' list

    Do you still have an account with them?

    You could go to 'My Zuji' on their website, log in, then under 'My profile' click 'Edit'. See if the tickbox for offers and promotions is selected. If not, change the email address.

    They've just got past my tolerance threshold as well, but I have just, apparently successfully, used the unsubscribe link in the email which goes to a webpage. I'll know in a few days if it has worked I guess.
