Have used them a lot. Not had any problems as such - though I wish all-in prices are displayed at the start.

What promises? It's a booking site - if you like the price, you buy - if not, then not.

Zuji.com is owned by Travelocity (who also own - at least partially - lastminute.com). I have used Zuji.com.au and didn't have any problems. Zuji.com.au is part owned by Travelocity and a number of airlines (including Qantas).

They did a good job booking the holiday, but be aware that they are not actually the agents you book the holiday with. Which made it a nightmare for us when in australia and our booking went wrong.

Got phone call eventually (three days) from marge in melbourne (I was in sydney) who was the booking agent. Even though my booking confrmation listed Zhen and a mainland China number to ring in case of problems. Problem was never adequately sorted.

Next time I'm using someone else.

I am planning to book only flight tickets with them. Just skeptical whether they are cheater or provide value service

I use Zuji to check flights time and carriers for routes, then go to the actual airline website to double-check and then book through the airline website if it is the same or cheaper.

The time I used zuji.com.au was for flights in the USA, which require a USA address if you are booking through the airline websites, so Zuji was much easier.
