Send their PR department an email informing them about their incorrect usage of the English language - that should get their attention more than a deceptive pricing complaint, I would think.
Send a nice letter explaining how it is misleading and how you think they can improve, perhaps they will offer you some token of appreciation. You can also be blunt and ask, though do it nicely then.
