I have had good service from a company called TIGLION based in Wan Chai. Very helpful staff, good prices, they really help you out.

I've used them too. Good prices and very efficient service.

If it is something simple, the big agents are fine. But then for something simple, it is easy to do it yourself online.

If it is a little bit complicated, then a good travel agent proves their worth. My experience in Hong Kong is that finding a good agent is quite difficult.
