Shenzhen border /5-day visa - UK passport

A little update on the 5 day visa: (I asked them today)

UK 304 (it's actually on the board)
FR - no visa!

Full China visa at the border - currently impossible!

But (in China there is always a 'but'), you can get a 'Group Visa' if you travel in a group of at least 2 people. Cost for most passports is RMB 330/person. Full China visa, valid 1 month. Condition: the group must entry and exit together.

So you are saying French can't currently get a 5-day Shenzhen visa? You have any idea about Belgium by any chance?

FR - Not possible to get 5-day visa
BE - No idea, but I think it should be no problem and fall into the rmb168 category.

Will start another thread to see whether anyone knows anything specifically about situation at Shekou border...

if you are so worried, why get the visa at wan chai govt issuing office prior going to Shenzhen, I didn't even know u can get 5 Shenzhen in shekou

I also presume that very few geoexpater have ever even been to Shenzhen via shekou ( I have been to Shenzhen 30 times in past 7 years ( I am probably the only here who has been to all 4/5 hk border crossing and macau 2 out of 3 border crossing to china)
