    Cool Orient-Thai

Thinking of using Orient-Thai for my trip back to Bangkok in December (during x-mas) but still having doubt on the quality and services offer by this air-line. By the way, how much would it cost for a return ticket from Hong Kong.

Suggestions, recommendations or Advise would be highly appreciated.

Used them last Christmas: service and everything was fine. Don't know the price but last year it was the cheapest ticket I could get to Bangkok.

Their safety record puts them on my "no fly" list.

Plus they have a terrible reliability record.

Google "airline reviews". Orient has spectacularly bad ratings. I flew with them recently and they were okay, but won't do so again as the risk of a delay sounds too high.

To be honest guys, this is what I've been hearing about this airline too. However, most of us will still say "okay" "okay" after actually using the airline compared to before flying.

Anyway, how would you guys rate this airline base on service, punctuality and of course quality.

    1.........2......3.......4....................10

    Worst Best

I doubt any one will give beyond 8 but lets give it a go!!

    Thanks!

Using Google isn't rocket science. Here's two dozen reviews.
