    Steam Water Egg!!

    Steam Water Egg!! That's the one.. Does anyone know how to make this? I know, it's egg, water, and steam. But you can really tell if it is done right or not, if done right it has a smooth finish on the top, if wrong - errr.

    I love many dishes, I am trying to adopt as many family things as possible - win the love for the new family through their food (plus I like it to).

    It's a steamed egg custard, that's all really. The only difference between having a smooth finish an d having it look like the surface of the moon is steaming time. And that you have to monitor anyways.
