I'm afraid he is right this time.

Thanks dean-dzai for the map by the way.

If you mean dean-dzai then you need to brush up on your reading skills too. Yes his statement is correct, but it displays his misunderstanding of the previous post.

What HKChigger said (emphasis mine) was:
Kowloon Southern Link, Tseung Kwan O extension, Sha Tin to Central Link and a possible stop between Sheung Shui and Lok Ma Chau and Island East Extension are the only projects that are pretty much good to go.
In other words, for those hard of comprehension: the line between Sheung Shui and Lok Ma Chau already exists, but there are plans, which have been approved, for a new station on that existing line (the one labelled "Chau Tau" on the future map, presumably).

I do try my best to improve my english reading skill that's why I come up to an expat's forum.

    Well I stand corrected.

It wasn't such a big mistake though that it's as serious as a so-called verbal diarrhoea, was it?

I guess it was another thread that was the problem.

As I said in my post a Stop Between Sheung Shui and Lok Ma Chau though. Which would look like

Sheung Shui > Chau Tau >Lok Ma Chau
