Does anyone use Farringtons (the travel agents) reasonably regularly and have a consultant that they would recommend? Efficient, English speaking, keeps on top of the bookings etc, is what I am looking for. Alternatively, has anyone used the Platinum Amex Travel Service and have any comments?
I'm difficult to please (well, actually not - fast, accurate service which actually responds to the request would be fine, with access to the good airline 'deals') but I am having great difficulty with Farringtons right now but as they are our corporate travel agent I'd rather find a good consultant than go through the pain of getting the company to change completely (to somebody else who might be just as bad!).

I take it that's a resounding no! Well I used the Amex Platinum Travel service for this time - seemed ok so far but they are also part of Farringtons so I'm crossing my fingers!
