sounds like good consumer protection to me
actually if they decided to apply a penalty fee i would of accepted it. however as terminating the deal suited both parties i think we came to mutually beneficial arrangement ..
and as zuji acted so honourable im going to be using them in the future
I had problems with Zuji but at least they are contactable and usually I can get problems solved finally. I'm still using Zuji now and am happy with it. Except their preferred card is Visa and I usually use Amex or Mastercard.
