Anyone went to Manila this August and came back to Hong Kong ? What's the protocol?

What would be the point with quarantine each end of the journey? Very difficult to even book a ticket to Manila with numbers of pax restricted.

You must be Philippine for a start. Foreigners cannot fly. You will have to quarantine on arrival in Philippines and then coming back you have to get a negative test first (very strict requirements that are hard to comply with) and quarantine IN A HOTEL only on return to HK.

Not worth it.
