Traveling to Japan - where to get saliva COVID test with paper result?

On the HK quarantine support group someone did it at Adventist and they filled out the Japanese paperwork for them (this was June of this year).

i stand corrected. My prenetics report says Combined Nasal and Throat Swab but the guy who did it at the center did a nasopharyngeal and deep throat swab. So I looked up the prenetics website and they have this test and fly thingy which does have something specifically for Japan. Check the link
