good travel insurance

Planning a trip to UK, cruise to Norway, back via any means we can to get back to HK (so possibly a month or more of flitting around).

Looking for either an annual policy or a single trip policy with some decent coverage for the current likely risks (testing positive for covid, getting covid, getting flights cancelled due to covid, etc etc).

I know you need Covid insurance to enter Phuket (which is one of our ideas for coming home)... so thinking before it gets urgent.

Are there any? Any ideas?

Thanks. Doesn't seem that great. Yes, I'm vaccinated. I have a few things I would like some coverages on - including UK imposing quarantines when none currently exist (which would mean I would miss the ship sailing); norway changing it's rules which mean the cruise is cancelled and (most likely LOL) hong kong changing its rules meaning i get stuck overseas and need to re-route/lose money on a HK quarantine hotel etc etc. Plus the Thailand Phuket entry requirement to be "covered for Covid" before being allowed in.
