I think these info need to be stickied as they are constantly changing

TL;DR
- children under 12 can now quarantine and leave early with adults from Group B below countries who has the option (ie vaccinated and antibody test)
- self paid antibody test will be available on arrivals starting Aug 18 and can be done during test and hold
- everyone still need to do testing on 9th, 12th, 16th and 19th day even when taking shorten option (not sure how this works)

If anyone is wondering where to get the cheapest antibody test, CH Lab at melbourne plaza charges $300 only vs $???? at hospitals
