Was looking at hotel rooms for a summer trip and Agoda has some very attractive rates. Haven't used them in years so decided to check reviews before booking. Was not expecting a slew of people saying they've been scammed.
Anyone used them recently?

You'll get what you buy with Agoda. But if you need after sales service, that's where you'll encounter problems.
