Trying my luck here out of desperation - has anyone recently who needs an eVisa for Vietnam (Canadian / American) passport had any luck with a process for expediting the visa? Any recommended agents or services or ideas? Applied this morning, and flight is on Friday.

For mine same day at the consulate, the online one failed to materize within the quoted 24hr period.

Thanks - the quoted timeline is within 3 working days. My friend's going to consulate in person really to try her luck / see if her sob story works.

Literally got ours within an hour in person, express option maybe? About 700$

Get hold of them on WhatsApp in case you need an expedited Visa.

Did you use the direct gov't website?
Did you try logging in to see if the visa is processed? I did 3 for my family, my husband received the email the day after applying, I received my email much later that day but nothing for the 3rd. I logged into the system they provide and the 3rd was there. Didn't receive the email until later the next day.

Yes, from direct government website - all the agents contacted (including @Eli.roth's) can't help. Thanks - will keep checking online, and use the official 'contact us' address.
