Cathay status points from partner airline

How long does it usually take for CX to update your status points and miles when you’ve flown on a partner airline?

I’m on the cusp of a status upgrade but the points haven’t appeared in my account yet.

If you're sure you gave your CX number and you have the boarding pass, don't worry much. Can take a month. Make claim if you need to.

I am still waiting 6 months later, multiple online claims and 2 calls to request credit.
