my USA Amex card offers free companion tickets when I fly business. was wondering if there is any HK cards that offer any good deals like this for those of you frequently traveling

You missed "when I fly business and pay full fare". The net effect is often not much better than buying two discounted business tickets.
But anyway, I believe the equivalent HK Amex cards offer very similar benefits.

when I pay full fare w/ companion ticket I pay around 8k round trip. when I pay using separate tickets via zuji or whatnot, I pay minimum 10k with same airline
what's the best card for racking up travel points or miles?
