Most hotels/Guesthouses in HK that you pay per hour would probably be described as interesting rather than nice. Here is a link if you want to go down that road.

Plenty of hourly hotels around but not advisable for a single girl to stay in and none what would be considered nice.

Lots of hourly motels in Mong Kok, a few in Kowloon Tong and some in CWB. But be wary, she might be hearing some loud noises (moans) in the rooms next door!
