I know this title sounds like bad irony, but a mate of mine has asked me about looking for any last minute travel deals/packages over CNY. We're both open on where and have some flexibility on dates; his only constraint is price.
So where does one find the dregs of deals/packages that might still be available? Any tips for reputable sources are welcome indeed!

What is your budget? Be ready to be paying a lot more for tickets during CNY as all the discount tickets will be sold out or not applicable to the dates. Unless you leave very early and come back quite late it is going to be hard to book.
