Shenzhen Hotel

I'll be flying out of Shenzhen on Friday and want to stay over on Thursday night.

Can anyone recommend a nice, budget to mid price hotel there that's convenient to the airport - and what price I should be paying for it?

Also, if anyone who lives there wants to go for a drink thursday night - pm me as I'll be around, lost and looking for something to do.

Places to go on Thurs nite:
X-ta-Sea (in Shekou)
Soho Bar (in Shekou, next to X-ta-sea); both places are near the Nanhai Hotel
3. V-Bar: nice bar at the Crowne Plaza Hotel
4. U-Bar: club/bar in Futian District

If you are flying out of SZ airport, i suggest staying at one of these two hotels, depending on your budget:

Bolin Novotel (in Overseas Chinese Town), ph. You can negotiate a room for about 500 or 600 RNB/nite. Here's their info:

City Inn Hotel (in Overseas Chinese Town), It's 300 RNB/nite including b-fast. http://my.tdctrade.com/airnewse/index.asp?id=7379 It's located next to Happy Valley (behind Crowne Plaza hotel). Just show up & get a room. It's never fully booked.

Taxi from OCT (in Chinese, OCT= Huaqiaocheng) is about 80 RNB. There are no decent hotels near SZ Airport. I would stay in OCT or in Nanshan (at the Holiday Inn) and take a taxi to SZ Airport in the morning.
