Flights from HK to Melbourne, Australia

Where can you book cheap tickets to Melbourne Australia?

Checking these aggregate websites like kayak.com, they all give very high prices, but I see some deals like from the AirChina website, but you need to fly to Kuala Lampur first, but it amounts to maybe 1800HKD..

    Does anyone have other recommendations?

I usually go on Qantas.com or Cathay Pacific. These are direct flights. Showfares will give you these as well. I think Air Asia flies to Melb too but via Kuala Lumpur.

Air Asia is the cheapest regular option from HK - but yeah - via KL.

Flying out of Macau can be cheap. Viva Macau has had return airfares to Sydney for as low as $AU399 return including taxes.

Grab a Tiger flight from Syd to Melb.

    Easy.

I find that this website seems to give me the most options and best prices:

Viva Macau are ending their flights to Sydney at the end of this month. But it does fly to Melbourne.

Bit of a long shot I think, unless your trip is still a few months away, but go on and give Jetstar a go via SIN. If you look around a bit, you may get some hot deals.
