    Room @ Macau Venetian

    Hi,

does anyone know if it's cheaper to book a room online or get a hotel voucher from one of the local travel agents in HK?

um June is the low season. is cheap to travel.

For room booking, travel agency are the best choice. I will go for Hong Thai or farrington american express (eng speaker) they both also have a website.

The normal advice is that the best deals are obtained from the travel agents in the Macau Ferry terminal building.

second PDLM advice. they may have sometimes Online offers (recall last year they were doing a 1000HKD/night offer) but that is seldom.

Well,I'm now in Macau. I helped a friend to book a room in Lisboa several days ago, the hotels in Macau are quite expensive in general. But if you need help, you can contact me, can always help.

Stayed at the Venetian, Rooms are ok for the price but will always reek of smoke due to the mainland visitors there.

Staying at the MGM this weekend so can't comment just yet but the rooms do look a lot nicer and have more natural light.

I prefer the Wynn for service, room and convenience (over the Venetian).
They have just opened the Encore suites tower also.

Wynn is much better than the 2 others imho

As for "is it worth the money": No, none of them. Plenty of better hotels with more characters in Macao in my opinion.
