Title says it all ... when is the cheapest time of year is to visit HK?

The only things that are going to vary much in price are hotels and airfares... and to some extent it depends where you are coming from as to whether there is much variation there. Mid-summer is probably the cheapest for hotels because the weather is so crap - very hot, very humid and very rainy.
