I am new in Hong Kong (from Australia and Ukraine originally). Formerly was a professional gymnast and dancer and currently completing my studies in Pilates.

Because I do not have here many friends yet, I need someone to practice my Pilates teaching technique for exam in August.

The beginner exercises will be practiced only - so the impact will be gentle and slow improvement in your flexibility and core strength (area of your abdominals, low back and upper thighs will be strengthened).

Classes will be held in a Pilates studio at Central. You will need to sign a waiver though. If you have serious medical conditions, it is not advisable to try Pilates classes without a doctor's approval and hence, I will not practice with you.

It is a good way to try Pilates if you don't have serious medical conitions and want to try the method for free. And of course, great way to meet someone new in Hong Kong.
