Up for meeting some new people

    Hi all,

I just moved to Hong Kong last month but have been working like crazy! I'd love to meet some new people, since right now it's me, my coworkers and a thousand tall, faceless buildings that can't go out for drinks.

I'm in my mid-twenties, born in Canada but my parents are from here. Before this, I lived in Japan. I love learning languages, so if you are into language exchange (English for Mandarin/French/German/Japanese, BEGINNER'S Cantonese for Mandarin/French/German/Japanese), let's meet up!

Also, I'm into food from everywhere in the world, interesting conversation, good flicks, and independent music. Could use any of your tips on where to get some around this town. PM me or email tangram AT gmail DOT com.

Welcome to HK Tangram ... yup, there's many many things to do here. There's a couple of groups that meet up regularly 20-30 sumthing groups and others.

Just show your interest and join one. Will maybe even meet you at one. Enjoy and take care.

You can try Page One. There's a few locations but I think the largest is the one in Times Square, 9th or 10th floor don't remember. Another location is in Central.
