Hi Ness, Unfortunately not many people have responded so I've decided to check out the Swing dancing class at Grappas tomorrow night! Is anyone up for it? My colelague told me about it and it's a great non drunk way of having a bit of fun!

Hi everyone,

Just noticed you're after a venue in Causeway Bay for drinks.
I'm an aussie living near Vic Park in CWB, and would recommend the following watering holes for a refreshment -

East End Brewery in the courtyard between Sunning Rd and Hoi Ping Rd.
(Behind Lee Gardens, actual address is Sunning Plaza)
Cruisy location, courtyard if it's not raining, and pretty much all day happy hour. They also serve food.

If not the East End, there is also a little pub on Houston St in Causeway Bay, very close to Victoria Park. It's quiet, away from the crowds, and has a few great restaurants surrounding it. The pub will actually allow you to place meal orders with the neighbouring restaurants, and eat it in the pub. The outdoor seating here is under cover, which is handy for the recent cruddy weather. Haven't got the name handy I'm afraid, but it's in a chain with the German pub down at Stanley.
