Just moved from Japan, looking for more friends

    Halo

I just moved here from Tokyo, wanting to get to know more ppl to hang out with. Dinner, night out, after work's drinks, poker, hiking, movies, I'm quite up for anything I work in Central (Banking), so I'm also up to explore good lunch place in the area.

hajimemashite, there's actually quite a considerable Japanese expat population here if you are looking for fellow countrymen/ women to hang out with. Most that I know put up in island east - Taikoo Shing and Shaukeiwan being the most popular choices.

I work in Central as well and I'm always up for a drink or two. ;-)

    Smile Welcome to HK

Hi, I'm a local physiotherapist. But right now, I'm in Toronto taking a short course, I've got a Japanese chiropractor classmate with me actually.

Count me in for any future gathering. I'd like to meet international friends.

    Tony

I'm also interest in meeting Japanese friends as I like Japanese culture a lot since I've worked for Japanese for 6 yrs. My office is in Central too.

Surprising... usually people who come here from other countries look for food that they are not used to. What type of places in HK have you already tried?
