    GeoBBQ - June 7th - Beer, Bourbon, BBQ

    We have teamed up with our friends over at Gormei for a great event featuring BBQ, Beers and Bourbon on the 7th of June from 1:30 to 5PM. A bit too late for a Sunday Brunch .. so call this a Drunch (Dinner and Lunch .. Drinks and Lunch ... Drunk and unched!?!??).

    Hope you can join us before you head out for your summer break.... or if you're not leaving for summer - find some new friends to replace those who are abandoning you and going away!

    Join us for a fun backyard party at Stone Nullah Tavern! Chef Vinny will serve hickory smoked suckling pigs and juicy BBQ pork shoulders cooked to perfection for 5 hours. Wash it down with some fabulous bourbon cocktails, beer and complimentary pickled back shots.

    Classic American BBQ sides on the menu include corn on the cob drizzled with homemade chilli honey butter and to die for gorgonzola coleslaw, potato salad and homemade baked beans. Chill out with your friends at Stone Nullah Tavern enjoying great BBQ and awesome drinks at this backyard party!
    Normal cost is $650.

    Sorry shri, you know how petty I am about spending money on food in HK. So may I ask, how good is the food at this place? I won't pay $400 and feel robbed, will I?

    Sounds great, but can you rock on up without having to go ( or eat) the whole hog? Aussie speak for, sure we'd love to join in the socialising, buy some drinks but do without the BBQ lunch. Might even get hubby to join me, but he doesn't want to go the whole hog ( BBQ)nor the bourbon ( bad experience in Uni, stuck with him for life) , but is up for a few beers and chat.

    Hi Elegiaque this is Argha from Gormei. I personally love the food at Stone Nullah Tavern and Chef Vinny is one of my favorites in HK, which is why we are doing the event with them. He is best with his meats and cures his own meats and makes his own sausages at Stone Nullah and Linguini Fini. His philosophy is nose-to-tail and loves using every part of the animal and turning them into delicious bits. If you like meats and BBQ, particularly pork, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.     Hi Natfixit, this is Argha from Gormei. Know exactly what you mean, but that day the restaurant is specifically booked for this party. They are not doing anything else. So you do need to go the whole hog if you decide to come. Sorry if is means we will miss you
