    Hi everyone,

    I found out there is a Dog Sports Day (Olympics) charity event goin on today at Poly University in Hung Hom, organized by the SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)

    Its from 12 noon to 5pm. Free admission.

    I am planning to go...anyone want to join me?

    voluntary work

    I did a bit of voluntary work with a missionary group in Namcheong. they teach English for kids in the neighbourhood and also provide meals for homeless people. volunteers can involve in teaching or serving food; usually happens on Saturday afternoons. I am a non-chinese speaker as well, did not have any problem communicating so far.

    crossroads in tuen mun is a great place for voluntary work,
    my friend told me its from tuesdays - fridays, 9 -5, im pretty sure non-cantonese speakers are welcomed
