hey dude, despite my username, ive also got my green and gold shirt ready to rock and roll... i'll be there 1st wk of June so if u still wanna catch the Socceroos in action, let me know!!!
They know how to play soccer there? really ? :-)
Despite what people think, football (soccer) is the #1 biggest growing sport in the country, ahead of league, union, netball and cricket... The only problem is funding and to educate the media, couch potatoes and ignorant people to tune into the biggest sport in the world... Kinda like Japan 20-30 yrs ago... Australia might not be a super power in football but we did beat Uruguay to get into the World Cup. Only the 5th best Sth American team you might say but how long have they been playing for compared to us?? We might not win the World Cup but when you play like there's nothing to lose, expect surprises.
Go BARCELONA!!! El Maestro will rip your Arse-nals sideways!!!
where will u guys be watching the game ?
are u for real? Mind you, the importance of soccer to me = 1/10 of my love for the Collingwood Football Club! Go Pies!Originally Posted by Mat:

BTW, this is how i think the soccerboos (socceroos) will line up
Schwarzer
Moore, Neill, Skoko, Chipperfield
Bresciano, Cahill , Emerton, Kewell
Aloisi , Viduka
inter: Grella, Thompson, Lazaridis
