I am planning to establish a small warehousing/consolidation business for my clients abroad. At the same time, I will be involved in a Trade business.

I have been told the place to be is in Hong Kong Island because of all it conveniences.

1- What conveniences are we talking about?

2- Would I be able to save on costs (office and residence) and find the same conveniences in the New Territories (Shatin, Tai Po, Sheung Shui) even though most of my suppliers are in or near HK Island?
