IT Management role in Financial Services

I am posting for my husband. In our household, job searches are delegated to me 
He is currently working for a Fortune 500 company in the US in a role that could be best described as Senior IT Strategy and Infrastructure Services Manager. He is a service owner and responsible for providing infrastructure support and personnel to globally based internal customers/businesses of the company --- his background includes hands-on systems administration, project management and technical architecture roles. He has 6+ years with this company and a total of 8+ years in IT.

We are looking at moving to HK. Could you please provide any input that could help us in this quest? First and foremost, what recruiters and job sites would best help in the job search? I have been looking at jobsdb and monster global. Any particular insights?

Also, what sort of salary range are we looking at? Any input is greatly appreciated. He does not speak any of the Chinese languages and is fluent in English and Hindi.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE.
