Question Changing Visitor Visa To Working Visa

I Arrived In Hong Kong In 1998 As A Visitor And Bought A Ready Made Limited Company From A Law Firm.during All These Years I Regularly Run My Registered Business ,my Bank Accounts, pay The Taxes (as A Company)and Bought The Office Where I Am Based.i Travel Outside Hk Almost Twice A Month And Everytime I Come Back I Get Three Months Permit,as A Visitor.is Possible Change My Visitor To Working Visa?any Penalty To Solve The Case Or Is A Serious Problem Because Visitors Cannot Open Any Company?

There's no restriction on visitors opening a company. But You shouldn't be "employed" in HK without an employment or investment visa. I guess it's an investment visa you need, not an employment one. I doubt there will be much problem, particularly if your company employs locals and generates tax income.
