Normally your contract stops you from working for the same company for at least a year.

I always thought the role of agents was to be a cheap and easy way to find clients.

yes, it's for the bonehead that expolits you...

well, isn't it about time the white man got exploited?

after all we've been guilty of aggravated robbery with violence for centuries; and the only crime was having a darker complexion and a flatter nose

It's time to cash in on those clearly caucasian looks and hold out for an increase...

but be careful... I hear they're importing Eastern Europeans despite the fact that they can't string a coherent sentence together; but that doesn't matter though, as contary to popular thought, only those with high English levels can distinguish accents...

that's why I always tell them I'm Lord Fly Boy

fair enough. my mistake. but bonehead is a bit rich, especially for someone who has taken three years to realise s/he is working for peanuts. 17k a month in HK? Maybe for three months to find your feet, but three years? and you are trying to blame your boss for your lack of nouse?

@rocky22; be careful it may not say in your contract that you cannot work directly for the kindie, but heard that there's a clause in the kindie's contract with the agency forbidding them from hiring you directly for 3 years after you leave the agency.

Need to know more details before we can advise.

Job details? Hours worked per week? Responsibilities?

    Your qualifications and experience?
