The ability to speak English is not a selling point in an English language company. It's just a prerequisite. The selling points are some other skill. What other skills do you have?
Of course candidates also match their requirements to different companies. It's always a 2-way process, but that's not the point. Unless it's for something quite specialized, most companies would accept candidates from a wide range of different backgrounds. I was just looking for a list of English language companies, that's all.
