i own two centres, and i wouldn't let you just come and watch a class. it is very disruptive for the students to have someone sitting in the back whom they do not know watching them.

you say you have no experience, do you have qualifications? do you have a uni degree? do you have a visa that allows you to work here?

perhaps you can find a job (would be quite low-paying for someone with no qualifications or experience) but it would likely be in a crappy centre with high staff turn-over. that would probably be your only chance to secure employment.

Now he's thinking of working for free you want him to contact you...before you said he'd only get work in a "crappy centre".
Not that I'm suggesting your centre is crappy, its just what you posted before.

no, i said i wasn't interested if he didn't have any qualifications. i also said that i wasn't interested in having him sit in the back of a class to observe.

now, i have said that if he gets qualifications, that changes things a little. without qualifications/experience/degree, THEN all he will get is work at a crappy centre.

the people i hire have either qualifications or experience, often both. at this point, the OP has neither.

I guess ethnicity and gender plays a big role as well...
