    no, i said i wasn't interested if he didn't have any qualifications. i also said that i wasn't interested in having him sit in the back of a class to observe.

    now, i have said that if he gets qualifications, that changes things a little. without qualifications/experience/degree, THEN all he will get is work at a crappy centre.

    the people i hire have either qualifications or experience, often both. at this point, the OP has neither.
