job advice in banking/finance field

hi, im looking for advice for a job in banking/finance field in hk. Im currently doin a bachelors of commerce, majoring in banking and finance in australia. Will be graduating around july next year. I have right to land in hk so i dont need a work visa. Just looking for some direction and advice, im not realy sure where to start. Should i try to find something in australia first to gain experince? what are my chances of getting a job in hk?

If you are just graduating then you need to try getting in via the various graduate placements at the big IB's.

Well worth the effort to try in Auz as the experience will only help.

Frankly, assuming you finish end of this year and are looking for a placement next year, you have missed the boat.
