I'd just completed a degree in Finance, and feel really ashamed to say this, but is starting to forget about everything I had learned in university!
Should I quickly brush up now or do companies train you? I plan to go into commercial banking.

You should have no problems getting a job in commercial banking with all your finance related work experience, as there is so many finance jobs on offer now you can pick and choose what ever you wish.

Thank you so much for the reply, emx and DeletedUser!
Well to reassure you both, maybe "forgetting everything" is a slight exaggeration =P
One more question, is it relatively hard to jump from commercial banking to corporate banking in HK? Or are the exit opportunities in commercial banking not too high?
I think you need to be worrying more about entry opportunities into banking. If you make it in, there are more than enough "exit opportunities" to go around...bankers are currently overwhelmed with "exit opportunities".
Thank you, bibbju!
