Summer English tutoring job in Hong Kong - How to go about it?

I am looking for some advice on the process of finding a summer tutoring job in Hong Kong next year. I am a BBC (British Born Chinese) therefore I am classed as a native English speaker. I also hold a Hong Kong Identity Card as a 'Permanent Resident'. However I lack some qualifications such as a TEFL and a full degree (I will be going into my second year of University in September). Would this hinder my chances significantgly?

Can anyone offer any advice on this situation?

As long as you have a HKID you can do whatever the heck you want. Be warned though, not looking the part (white, blue eyes, etc), and having no undergrad or any teaching credentials might make it a bit harder.
