    Typical generation Y attitude -"why the hell should i"

    As mentioned in a previous post you need to do a bit of time in the trenches -doesn't mean you have to like it though -having a bit of a laugh at the bosses expense often helps-there is usually a lot to laugh at with these guys

    anyway i would say "harden the ---- up"but it is an open forum

    good luck and i guess if you really don't like it then leave-life is too short

    going to HR would be a monumental blunder by the way

    This thread got a revival today from a few months back.

    I always wonder what happens to the people who start threads like this as so rarely do they come back to bring boards up to date as to how they are faring now.
