    WOW! 3-4-5 thousand, dude!! not sure why you are worried about being out of pocket...
    With 300 per person for 15 people, you'll still save 500 out of your 5k budget.

    5K is the absolute Max which I don't assume I am going to hit, any places you could recommend would be great.

    As said in my first post, I spent about 3k for 15 guests at stormies little less than 2 years ago.
