Did she specify in what currency?
Bollocks. I've known teachers in the plusher international high schools and 80K a month for part time is in the realm of fantasy. Or they are being paid in pesos.
maybe, it's lost in translation or Chinese whispers and they are referring to superstar tutors, such as k.oten or calvin sun, so called superstar tutors in places like kings glory, beacon, modern education ( they do video conferences tutoring) do earn that amount
ironically some of them such as k.oten aka karson fan who earned millions only to be sued by these tutoring companies for various reasons
Chinese people often mix up zeros due to the thinking in 10,000 (wan).
As a teacher in a school, no way. But giving group tuition, quite possible. Or why you think there are so many tuition centers? To help students? LOL
Whenever I see a zero in a word, I think "what's the matter with saying that [word]". You know, like p0rn.
Don't think so. For full time, yes 80k is possible, but for part time that seems very unlikely.
