    Business Women in HK

I'm moving with my family to HK in a few weeks for my husband's job. I've been happily successful in my career here in the US, and am fairly confident that I'll do well in HK. (I'm in Corporate Event Production)
I'm curious what experiences other business women have had here- is there much gender discrimination or stereotyping? much sexual harrassment (such a strong phrase, when I really mean those hard-to-describe attitudes and actions that can make a woman uncomfortable)?

On another note- What is the typical business dress? My very large company here is pretty consistently business casual, even at the highest levels. Will I be okay with this, or do I need to go buy a bunch of suits? Do I need to be particularly careful about how much cleavage I show? or bare arms? or feet?

Thanks all! Looking forward to being a part of HK!

Dress code in Hong Kong tends to be more formal than US/UK. Women are generally in suits and high heels, despite the heat! Depends what company you would end up working for though...
